The technological process of the cover annealing furnace mainly includes: charging, sealing the furnace cover, heating to annealing temperature, heat preservation, cooling, discharge. However, the hood annealing furnace will produce nitrogen oxide NOx during the high temperature heating process, and in the combustion process, especially in the high temperature heating stage, the high temperature generated when the fuel used in the furnace burns makes oxygen and nitrogen react to produce nitrogen oxides. In order to effectively control the production of nitrogen oxides, low nitrogen combustion technology, flue gas recycling and tail gas denitrification system are needed to reduce the emission of nitrogen oxides.
