The steel group’s RTF annealing furnaces generate high NOx emissions during production and are in urgent need of an environmental upgrade to meet the latest environmental regulations. Faced with this challenge, Guangdong Green Valley Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. and an international engineering and technology company formed a consortium to jointly undertake this denitration transformation project.

The reformed RTF annealing furnace not only meets the national ultra-low emission standards, but also achieves a breakthrough in NOx emission control, achieving ultra-low emission of 15mg/Nm³, which is far lower than the ultra-low emission limit stipulated by the state, marking our leading position in the field of environmental protection technology.
